Creating a cybersecurity policy in a mobile or home working situation

I need to develop a cybersecurity policy for home and mobile (remote) working employees. I need to develop a strategy to protect data for these workers. I need to consider all of the possible threats in this type of work situation and ways to mitigate the threats. Then, I need to have a rough outline for a training course in order to train mobile and home working staff. This needs to include those who conduct business on their cell phones. It needs to be three pages long, single spaced.
