The six sigma process auditing

Six Sigma Process Audits are used to verify and ensure process changes are sustained over time. One of the most difficult challenges for Six Sigma teams is to sustain process improvement in the control phase of DMAIC. Six Sigma teams also use Attribute Control Charts to study and verify the stability of a process improvement over time. It’s imperative for Six Sigma teams to review attributes charts to ensure new process and quality standards are maintained for continued customer satisfaction. Attributes could be the number of leaking containers, number of scratches on a product, number of on-time deliveries, number of invoice errors, etc.
