NOTE: Before writing your final entry reread all of your reflective summaries’ entries. How did this CPT Practicum change and/or reinforce your views and assumptions about the concurrent course related material relative to application and process? What have you learned over the course of the CPT Practicum? How have your perceptions of your ability in this area changed? What benefits have you gained from the CPT Practicum? In order to receive a pass, you must be certified by your supervisor as having completed the required work. Final narrative reflective assignments must include the supervisors’ signature and date and the signed assignments must be posted in Blackboard. Failure to comply with the requirements is grounds for termination of the CPT Practicum with no credit awarded, a failing grade and/or preclusion from participating in future CPT Practicums. In the event of (a) a severe infraction, or (b) a failure of the student to rectify a problem after being notified, these sanctions will be issued. Severe infractions include any ethical violation or violation of professional responsibility by a student relating to the CPT Practicum. The faculty when grading the assignment shall ensure the assignment correlates to the course objectives and CPT Practicum outcomes.All course-specific policies for this course are spelled out here in this syllabus.
