After browsing that site, visit the APA’s on-line Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. (This can be viewed throught the Park University Library.)

• You may want to “surf” around the Internet and see what else you can find related to theories of personality. To guide your search, get out your textbook and type in the names of the different theorists (Freud, Adler, Jung, Horney, Fromm, Erikson, Skinner, Bandura, Cattell, Eysenck, Allport, Kelly, Rogers and Maslow) into a search engine (such as Yahoo (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site. or Google (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site.). There is a lot of interesting information available on each of these theorists. For example, did you know that one of the theorists we will study this term is a graduate of Park University (actually, it was Park College at the time of his graduation)?

After completing your website review, create a “Top 3 List” of the most interesting and important items you found. For each item, write a couple of sentences to explain your selection. Post your “Top 3 List” to the discussion thread and provide a minimum of TWO comments on the “Top 3 List” of another member of the class.

In addition, select AT LEAST ONE website to add to the course webliography (you may add as many as you like). Be sure to add a website that has not already been identified by another member of the class. To use the webliography, click on the link at the top of the course page, click “add new entry” and fill in the relevant information; select the category that most closely fits your website.
