LAW-Paper 4-6pages

For the paper, you must select one company and discuss legal issues currently affecting that company.  I recommend a short description of the company, explanation of the legal issues, and your thoughts on how this issue will affect the company in the future.  You have significant leeway in crafting the direction of the paper.  It should be 4-6 pages in length and 12 point font.  If you use quotes, please provide a reference at the end of the paper.  The reference need only allow me to find the citation source.  APA or other citations protocols don’t need to be followed.  I write for a living, so write clearly, concisely, and follow the rules of grammar.
