example, share what you learned in the readings, ask questions of each other,

I have had a difficult time with several areas in the past.  I can get frustrated easily.  I have discovered that I have a form of dyslexia and have struggled with learning my entire life.  I have just found recently that if I use a different color or font this helps me, and I also use my computer to turn on the speaker to read to me.  I believe that my strongest characteristic from reading this article is that I am not afraid to speak up.  Even if I feel my questions my be stupid, I will ask. I have come to recognize that many people are simply thinking the same thing, yet are afraid to ask the question.  This simply gets nobody anywhere. It stands in the way of progress.

When I was in nursing school I also felt the same way. I had questions that I felt was stupid so I did not bother asking in class. I always found it less difficult to ask my intructors in private when no one else would hear it. It was not until after I started working as a nurse that I developed that confidence that asking questions is very important whether I felt it stupid or not. We take care of patients. We deal with lives. Now if I have a question, I ask. Theres’s no harm in it. The way I see it, we gain knowledge when we ask questions.
