The second issue that can hinder transfer of learning is the belief of participants that either the learning cannot be applied or the training will not be valuable, if there is no worth in the training received or knowledge gained, then it can seem useless to retain to many people. Last, the third issue that can hinder transfer of learning is lack of management, supervisor, and peer support at the workplace.
